What's the difference between a lesson and a session recording?

Our lessons are hand curated by experts on the Bright team to make sure you get the most valuable takeaways from each Session. Lessons are usually about 15 minutes so you can watch on the go and are edited to make your viewing experience more enjoyable.

There was a session I didn't attend, but I want to see the recording. Can I request a lesson?

At this time, we don't have a system to request lessons. If you're interested in a session's content, make sure to claim a ticket in advance to make sure you can access the session recording. We always recommend attending live to get the full experience, but we understand that life happens and the recording will have to do the job.
