If you're having issues playing back the recording of the Session, first verify that your browser meets these requirements:
- Google Chrome 30+
- Apple Safari 6+
- Microsoft Edge 12+
- Mozilla Firefox 59+
- Internet Explorer 11+
We advise all participants upgrade their browser to the latest version so as to ensure full compatibility with all of the features that Bright has to offer.
- If you continue to experience issues, we advise all users to turn off any VPN services, Ad Blockers or other Content Blockers to ensure full compatibility and access to the Bright service.
- You may also try to access the recording from a different browser to test compatibility.
- Lastly, you may care to try to access the recording from a different device.
We will make each recording available for streaming for 365 days from the original date of the Session. We are unable to guarantee availability and compatibility of the recording on all devices.
