Missed Session Policy

Bright is built around LIVE, authentic interactions and experiences between Creators and Participants. Much like a live concert, or professional conference, Bright Sessions are one-time events focused on ephemeral experiences to be enjoyed as they happen. 

For that reason, when a Session is missed, we unfortunately do not offer any credit, make-ups, rebookings, refunds or other remedies.

Recordings                      

All Bright Sessions include a recording of the Session with your ticket purchase! One day after the end of your Session, we will send a link to stream the recording at your leisure. For more information, please see Can I watch a recording of my Session after it has ended?

Ineligible Refunds

Missed a Session. We’ve all been there. Sometimes life gets in the way and we forget about important things. We definitely feel your pain, but we also need to play fair with our Creators who worked hard to produce the Session.
