Difficulty Installing the Bright App on Windows

Try the following steps:

Changing where to get apps in Windows 10
  1. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
  2. Under "Installing apps only...", select one of the available options that is not "The Windows Store Only". To stop seeing app recommendations, select either Allow apps from anywhere or Turn off app recommendations (options vary by Windows version).
