My Session isn't showing up in the Bright app!

Sessions appear in the app one hour before start of Session

All Sessions are listed in the app one hour before the start of each Session, and you may click 'Join' at any time up to the start of your Session to wait in queue until your Session starts.

Session still not showing?

If your Session is still not visible, try logging out of the app, then logging back in. Ensure that you are logged in using the credentials used to purchase the Session. If you still experience issues, please reach out to Support.
