My Session isn't showing up!

All purchased sessions appear in the My Sessions page.

To see all your previous and upcoming sessions:

  1. Click on the menu in the right-hand corner.
  2. Click on Sessions I'm attending

You can also visit https://brightlive.com/my-sessions for direct access to the page.

Session still not showing?

If your Session is not listed, please try the following steps:

  1. Log in and out of brightlive.com
  2. Make sure you have a ticket by visiting the Session page and clicking Purchase Ticket. You should receive a message at the bottom that says:

If you're taken to a purchase page, you do not have a ticket associated with your account. You can purchase tickets while the session is in progress and join once you've checked out.
