SSESSIONS ARE NOT LISTED IN-APP UNTIL 60 MINUTES BEFORE START OF SESSION

Joining a Session

After purchasing a ticket, log into the app and you will see a list of purchased sessions. Click on the appropriate session that you want to join, followed by "Join Session", and the session will launch.

Troubleshooting

If your Session is not listed, please try the following steps:

  1. Log out of the App
  2. Quit the app
  3. Restart the app
  4. Log back into app
  5. Select and access your Session
