How do I join a Session?

Joining a Session

All Sessions are hosted exclusively in the Bright app

To join a Session:

  1. Download and install the Bright app.
  2. Log in to the Bright app using the email and password your provided during ticket purchase.
  3. Click or tap on your Session title to join the Session.

SESSIONS ARE NOT LISTED IN-APP UNTIL 60 MINUTES BEFORE START OF SESSION

Troubleshooting

If your Session is not listed, please try the following steps:

  1. Refresh the Session List(iOS - pull down on your screen)
  2. Log out of the App
  3. Quit the app
  4. Restart the app
  5. Log back into app
  6. Select and access your Session
