Joining a Session
All Sessions are hosted exclusively in the Bright app
To join a Session:
- Download and install the Bright app.
- Log in to the Bright app using the email and password your provided during ticket purchase.
- Click or tap on your Session title to join the Session.
SESSIONS ARE NOT LISTED IN-APP UNTIL 60 MINUTES BEFORE START OF SESSION
Troubleshooting
If your Session is not listed, please try the following steps:
- Refresh the Session List(iOS - pull down on your screen)
- Log out of the App
- Quit the app
- Restart the app
- Log back into app
- Select and access your Session
