How to reset your password

If you forgot your password or can’t access your account, you can reset your password.

To reset your password:
  1. Go to Brightlive.com and click Sign In.
  2. Click or tap Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your email address, and click or tap Submit.
  4. Check your email for a Reset Password Request and click or tap Reset Password.
  5. Enter a new password and click or tap Reset Password to finish.

If you don’t see the password reset email within a few minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.

 

If you have a Bright for Work account

Make sure you've created a Bright account using the invitation link sent by your Bright for Work internal leader or admin. If you're still having trouble, please fill out this form.
